This looks like gelato but is actually made from a processed "mix." Real italian style is made in small batches from real cream, eggs and natural flavorings. Does it matter? Yes. Does anybody care? No
Perfect combination would be: if you'll order citrus fruit flavors, the other scoop should be sweet. Just to make the taste balanced.
I really miss their strawberry pavlova . I wonder why they stopped making it. That was one of the best flavors!
