Waaaaaaay too overpriced here. You can certainly buy a lot of the items for cheaper in normal retailers , online or elsewhere. Some items are twice the price you would find in LHR for example.

My favorite place to eat at Zurich airport. A lot of airport ground staff is eating there which itself is the best recommendation. Diverse buffet selection, decently priced. - kacper dominik
