I run here. It's a pretty nice trail , not too flat, not too hilly. Oh, and there are legitimate restrooms at the trailhead. 2 miles to Big Bend and 1.25miles to Mustill Store.
I think this is the only trailhead on the towpath with an actual restroom with toilets and running water. No porto-potties here.
2 miles north to Big Bend . 1 1/4 mile south to Mustill .

Take the towpath north to the valley. Towards the end there's a side trail its hard to see... its pretty fast and fun. But you do have to take a few stairs. Takes u out to sand run. - ⓙⓤⓢⓣⓘⓝ
