very small rooms , old furniture , they keep the fridge locked !! Water kept outside which makes it hot & if u asked for ur free coffee they get very little milk that wont be even enuf for 1 full cup
The location is nice, the pool is very amazing and relaxing, the rooms are clean yet a bet small. All in all its nice just a bit old and crowded .
I bought internet card for 30EGP ($5) and didn't work well ,got one for free as compensation but internet was still slow,get a Data SIM card,charge with 20-50EGP(better get etisalat SIM card)better
Pool is a clean . They care for its water all night before open'n. Breakfast 's a variety of local food & bakery products. Housekeepin' is excellent with high hygiene. Beach staff is friendly .
Small Room , wonderful view . Room service food is really nice. Sea is clean showers are not that good.
The worst sheraton ever, very very poor setup for a 5 stars hotel , dosen't deserve 1/4 the price, I believe their last update was since egypt was a kingdom, do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Accommodation is good, the room is clean and tidy however it's small size. Breakfast is ordinary.
Nice ocean view , tv remote wouldn’t work, fish and chips looked good but was average, no hair dryer and no room safe!

Certainly not up to the standard of a Sheraton, but does the job. Avoid the breakfast and go out. Lovely view though.
Worst hotel in Alexandria ever ! Too crowded , small rooms , shitty food, unprofessional staff , rude receptionist and the entertance not suitable for who use foots to go around
guest area should be more organised, otherwise service is good
