Great or maybe fantastic price/quality ratio for this hotel . For sure simple and small rooms but with a new & clean bathrooms . 10 min walking from Vieux Nice & two steps from Nice Etoile!
Good location, clean and neat rooms, reasonable price.
Do not take a room next to the renovation changes, impossible to sleep in the morning!
