Super duper yummy. Sat at the counter on and was mesmerized by the activity in the kitchen, prepping meals and kneading dough . NOTE: they play a French radio station there, Nova, maybe?! ????

Loved the corned beef hash . Gravlax (lox ) sandwich is so fresh. Comparable to my fave spots in NY like Mile End and Frankels. Great coffee . Lovely ambiance, luckily we didn't have to wait.

Seriously, the chocolate babka is amazingly light and chocolate-ly delish at the same time. Great knishes. Also, it’s certified kosher !

The place is beautiful and the food is great. Tasteful breads baked fresh. Try the Fresh Mozzarella baguette ! Suggestion to the Baker: try serving the carrot ginger soup COLD. Ginger is refreshing!

Is there anything more amazing than the bread & the pan au chocolate at Zak the Baker. All the bread is sourdough - try the country wheat and the multigrain !

Really enjoyed the new menu, Breakfast was amazing. Chicken Salad Sandwich was excellent. The waitstaff are beyond lovely. Bring your non kosher friends, you won't be disappointed & neither will they.
