Possibly the nicest Goodlife in Ottawa. Not busy, clean showers and lots of nice little touches like built in shower rack and shoe shelf in the lockers, and the equipment is well taken care of.
Of course it's busy! If I went to a gym that wasn't I would have to wonder why!!!
Go to the smoothie place near there! Sooo good!
