Very nice architecture , very traditional. Food was good enough the only negative would be the service. The staff was very quick and efficient, but obviously tired enough to present a smile to us..

This is where all tourists go in Old Town . It has good food, music , and dancers. It's a busy, busy place. it's not the kind of place for a quiet conversation.

We did not make any reservation , food is tasty - tried knight’s dish - reasonable prices -I love desserts but traditional one which is romanian doughnuts , not definietly for my taste-so dont reccomend

Place was good, maybe too big, looks like food factory , but nice atmosphere. Great starters & excelent wine . Dissapointed with my t-bone, looking good but a bit chewy. Huge deserts - 430g doughnut :)

A must-visit for tourists . Great selection of Romanian food. You have to try the locally brewed beer and I would also recommend the Romanian soup . The service was a bit so-so though.

I have been going to Caru cu Bere for many years. It was a great restaurant with it authentic soul and delicious and original food.Nowadays, I can not find the same taste. And it's commercialized.

A must to enjoy the "belle epoque" city Bucuresti was before communism. Good food, fast and friendly service . Big beers , knuckke an sauerkraut . Romanian classical dishes. Order a lot of garlic paste !

Like a beergarten. Very friendly staff , good and hearty food. Better not to sit at tbe basement , because its damp and bad acoustic . Outside its way better. Great place for meat and beer !

The oldest German beer hall in Bucharest, serving hearty German and Romanian food. Very meat heavy, strong beer , and cheap prices. They also have free Wi-Fi.

Traditional place . I ordered Ciorba de Legume and pork ribs and it were very good. However I saw a pork leg in the next to table and that it's the dish. Their beer Caru cu Bere is standard. A must.
