My experience with the employees: Doug's nonstop attempts to sell to you are really annoying, but he's fast and accurate. Young is a fabulous bagelista--very knowledgable and kind.

Unlike all the other Bruegger's I go to, this location is always extremely stingy w the amount they put on their bagels & sandwiches . Plan on being very disappointed!
