Guangzhou East Rail Way Station is the MTR station, nice looking building, great staff and excellent restaurants .
Fine view at 22nd floor and friendly doorman !! But too bothersome breakfast restaurant ... 24th lounge will be better choice!
Very nice and cozy place to stay. Staffs are friendly but not really speak well english. Environment is nice and smell like spa . :)

I had to argument at reception desk to get what the travel agency had guaranteed me - king size bed and non-smoking room. They put me in a smoking and twin size bed room!

The internet service is unbearably slow! One page takes 2 minutes to open! I complained and was treated with irony by the hotel staff .Hilton hotels - keep distance from it.

Had an argument with the reception as room was reserved via Agoda, apparently what Agoda promised was not in-sync with Hilton's. Room was nice, internet a crawl, attitude suck big time, never again!!!

This hotel is the first SPG hotel in GZ, it has very old story. The location is the perfect and quality and staff service is excellent. The swimming pool is also very good, try it in summer. - MK Chan
