The Mille Feuille Katsu Don is done with 14 slices of pork loin instead of a single chunk of meat. It makes a difference.
Be aware that the crab in the Spicy Chilli Crab Tendon is in the sauce. The tempura in the bowl are not crab . That's not to say that this isn't a yummy dish all the same.
Chilli crab tendon is a great concept but somehow it felt like eating tendon with lots of chilli sauce draped over it. Doesn't quite gel it for me but a refreshing culinary idea still.
