Great quiet place to work . You can reserve a study room online. Recommend bringing a light jacket since AC can be strong sometimes.

Crowded for obvious reasons (located in the downtown area). Chairs will give you back pain. There are 'study rooms ' on the second floor that fit in up to 4 people incl. (no booking though) 1 hour only

Books galore. After you check out a book , go to the park behind the library and enjoy the day. Support them by buying from the Friends of the Mountain View Library Book Sale every month!

Great Young Adult books section! <3 I used to always go to Sunnyvale library but now I prefer this one instead.

Grab a book and exit through the "back door" to the park where there are lot of benches to sit and relax. Enjoy!

You can use one of the card storage apps to store your library card so you don't have to keep the card in your wallet. The app replicates the bar code and you scan your phone during check out.

Get here early if you want to claim one of the private desks on the 2nd floor. The quiet room in the SW corner does not have great wifi strength.

Love the check out and book return system ... very easy !!! Also the staff is very friendly .
