Now fully renovated with real stairs to climb and an observation level at the top with panoramic views . There are also numerous cafes in the new structures in the surrounding park .
It’s a cool place with nice view over the square. There’s a contemporary art gallery inside, sometimes there are some exhibitions . Do not forget to ring the bell of peace nearby ????

Everybody climbs it, and it seems nice to see the boulevard from a little high place, but it is not worth to climb it.
