AMAZING. Was upgraded for free to lakeview room with central bathtub. Provide bath salts and loofah mitt. Free WiFi . Main staff can speak English well . Have added signs at 45th floor elevator change.
Nice place, good servisse, amazing breakfast , local abd international. room very well equipped, good bath, clean and organized .
Stylist hotel , great facilities, tasty food...But bad in service. If it is not an offering from my company, I will not choose this hotel definitely.
Bar at floor 78 has a solid view but a bit pricey . 60 rmb plus per person.

Beautiful, with proper delicious drinks, but super expensive if you know prices in China. Add 15% service charge on top of 78RMB for a dirty martini! Lovely place for one slow cocktail. - H. Rosner

I checked in on a Friday evening and the service was poor. Whilst 4 people were working at the reception, we were asked to wait for the only person serving, then the other 3 helped other guests. Poor! - Martin Brown
