Staff rude, arrogant, especially ones who congregate by help desk, ones on checkout, & lad who normally assists self serve with fair hair, small chap, very helpful.
Really helpful parking attendants - let me in without a ticket as no change !
Be careful not to talk to the staff for to long or the manager will make a scene. Was only asking about a receipt!!! :'( won't be doing that again any time soon.
Be prepared to dodge all the prams upon entry.
