Fantastic Family Resort . Amazing time was had by all. Huge complex yet very friendly and helpful staff who always had a smile on their face. Fab pools! Highly recommend it, can't wait to go return.

Fabulous hotel with amazing and friendly staff , cant do enough for you. loads to do for the kids to keep them entertained and sleep at night, will definitely be returning.

The hotel is on the ball with its information pack . Really feel prepared with what the hotel offers, ensuring we get the most ot of the holiday. The facilities look amazing, great value ,.

Any requests that I have made have been responded to very quickly with excellent information very informative and email replies have been fast and helpful.

If the communication pre arrival is anything to go by, a fantastic holiday awaits. The hotel have emailed out a information pack and a map. The choice of food and facilities looks amazing.

can't wait to get to this resort next week, has recently had rooms refurbished and now has good wifi everywhere, friend just got back and said it is fantastic! couldn't fault the place whoop! x

Nice hotel . Needs to sort the wifi out. Unless you are going for the whole total removal from society for the duration of the stay. It is the 21st century!!!!

Wifi not working, you spend the money on their paid Internet for nothing. Also the Egyptian 3G works in 10% of cases, so it's perfect if you want to make sure you won't be able to work or stay online

This hotel is brilliant food/drink/things to do its got the lot.Amazing staff throughout the whole hotel they will help you nonstop.cannot wait to return again.

Looking forward to returning to RAM!!!!!I am travelling out in July for two weeks with friends and am meeting a rather large group of friends at the hotel for a two week stay.

Wifi is very flaky, but good coverage. Pools are a bit strange with a liner that bubbles. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel .

Pool and sea views are fab!

Дружелюбный персонал , вкусная и разнообразная еда, красивый вид на море , множество развлечений на тер. гостиницы , много бассейнов и горок . Из минусов - далеко от города и постоянный ветер.

Отель отличный во всех отношениях! Отдыхал в мае этого года с семьёй - понравилось всё! Кухня разнообразная и вкусная, особенно итальянский ресторан. Риф шикарный, пирс 500 м - 10 мин медленным шагом

Отель шикарный!! Отдыхали семьей , бассейны , аквапарк , разнообразие еды, 6 ресторанов , чистый номер , прекрасный персонал , русскоговорящий, шикарнейшая зеленая территория, сервис отличный!!!

У Отельного Гида все экскурсии дороже в несколько раз, чем у ребят на территории - Gold Stars. Есть некий Хасан, с ним всегда можно договорится. Цены адекватные и человек он неплохой: +20 112 020 4546

Отель для Египта очень хороший! Советую! В нем отдыхал 3 р. из 8-ми. Есть лучше в Итальянском рест. Очень вкусные: круассаны , кофе , пончики ... Интернет - SIM Водафон 3,5 Гб. 13$ (оф.салон ) у ХардРока

Выбрал именно этот отель , и не пожалел! Шикарная большая зеленая территория, много бассейнов свой аквапарк , отличная еда, много ресторанов , хороший сервис, почти все говорят по -русски !!????

Большая и зелёная территория. Красиво как ночью, так и днём. Много бассейнов, много лежаков . Интересно будет как отдохнуть с друзьями , так и с детьми. Еда неплохая, много ресторанов ...

Рекомендую завтракать в восточном ресторане : там фреши из клубники , бананов , дыни , гуавы готовят, и свежеиспеченные круассаны на террасе .

Хороший отдых , классные кораллы и рыбки , горки , экскурсии ... Рекомендую для поездки всей семьей !

Единственный подогреваемый бассейн находится в закрытом дворике около релакс бассейна , он очень небольшой -для деток в самый раз .

Otel genel olarak iyi ama içecekleri sıcak veriyorlar. Aşçılar bile az porsiyon koyuyor tabağa. Bardakları küçük ve hep makinadan çıkan yikanmış sıcak bardağa bira vb koyuyorlar. Olumsuz durum.

во дворе самого близкого к аквапарку корпуса скрывается бассейн с подогревом

итальянский ресторан единственное место где вино наливают из бутылок.

В аптеке при гостинице так же как и в магазинчике рядом ценники космос все от 15$ даже ополаскиватель для рта и тот 16$ жуть. На улице дешевле в 2-3 раза.

Неплохой отель , но есть можно только в итальянском ресторане , от восточного побежал в номер недоев..

Не пейте напитки со льдом ,здесь его делают из воды под краном,а она здесь очень плохая!!!

Отель не тянет на 5-ку вовсе, или египтяне забыли что означают эти звезды. Выход в море отвратителен, кто едет в Египет ради моря, даже не думайте брать этот отель ????
