They lost our order and after an hour approached us with a "soz guys", very non-apologetic. This was evening, and we were with two small kids. No apology offered. Appalling service.
They lost or order and approached us after one hour with a "soz guys". Rude and unapologetic. All of this in the evening, with two kids. They didn't care about us and didn't offer apologies.
