Ambiance was good and staff friendly . Service was quick. The portions are very generous. I thought the food was good but nothing very special. So if you looking for pub food this is the perfect place.
The steak was to die for cooked just right (blue) staff very pleasant would return again.
Don't miss the game and damson gin pâté .
Very popular, need to book . Great gastropub food
Thursday night is steak night. But beware of the salad / veg , very thin for a £2 option. Staff were great though.
One of my favourite places, superb food and lovely lakeside location ♡♡♡ - Karen Baugh
