So far my favourite hotel in the UAE. A true palace with huuuge territory , fabulous views and exceptional service . Can't be any better !!! Worth each Dirham paid . Highly recommended

The decor is stunning, grand without being too overwhelming and over the top. A lot of beautiful details designed into this hotel . The services, and amenities need a bit of work and improvement though

A lovely hotel with excellent service. If you're looking to relax and have a good time by the beach and pool then this is the place for you. The breakfast provided a wide and tasty variety.

The rooms need a bit of maintenance as there are some quirks in each one (trust me, I've stayed in 2 separate rooms within 2 weeks). Some staff are excellent and some staff I would fire honestly.

One of the best hotels within UAE, the staff beyond friendly , mannered and educated ; must be your 1st choice during RAK visit. Try the chocolate dip as a desert :)

Very nice staff and a good place to stay. Big pools and a separate adult pool and beach but the “normal” pool wasn’t loud as well . Food is also very good and the selection of restaurants is enough.

For in room dining I suggest the Shrimp Cocktail , absolutely INCREDIBLE! And the club sandwich is good but they've forgotten to put chicken in it twice. The Umm Ali dessert is quite good& muesli too

the hotel is very nicely designed but the service is horrible starting from checkin to checkout. Rooms need maintenance, Wifi needs to be FREE, basic amenities like slippers r not available

For some reason the breakfast buffet is always cold. They need to light the candles at the bottom of the stoves. Order in the room, its much better that way. Huge portions (not complaining!)

Clean hotel but Looks like a large vampire house. Beach bed were very far from the beach , you will burn your feet before you reach the beach .

Lexington Grill was pretty good, but the desert was weak. The Key Lime Pie is not what it should be. They tried to make something fancy , when just a good slice of pie would have been perfect.

In Room breakfast below average & not fresh. Afternoon tea was horrible. Tv channels r sad! Tv remotes do not work. they take ur stuff off sun beds if ur away for 30 mins. sad for such a nice hotel

Very nice hotel but the restaurant is over priced as per person 250+. Tax excluding drinks , and the food as any good restaurant , nothing special about food

The location is prime & the hotel design is wonderful.

Not to be a bigot but the arab staff tend to put more effort as opposed to the foreign staff . And I'm just stating the truth.. TV channels in this hotel need to be improved. Narrow selection.Boring.
