One of my fave places to eat! #19 Pho is the best! They also have really good spring rolls , cream cheese wontons , and sweet and sour chicken !!
Spring rolls and pho come out pretty good, except for the price/portion ratio. I got a 2x bigger portion for 1/2 the price in San Francisco Chinatown. Yupp, I know it's Fargo.
Their pho is incredible. Add a side of spring rolls .
