The hospitality is incredible. The staff is amazingly sincere in how much they care about your quality of stay. The food is wonderful too.

ITC Gardenia is mast/awesome/impresionante. This is one of the only SPG properties on the Mysore side of Bangalore and quite amazing both in terms of the staff , rooms and grounds.

Excellent hotel . Spacey, grand design and atmosphere, beautiful rooms, outstanding room service . Good restaurants , nice bar , nice Spa ! Front desk service a little bit chaotic.

Good value for money ... well decorated ... specially to mention about those guards & bell boys in main entrance ... highly courteous ... another feather is variety in food .. gastronomic delight

Cubbon Pavillion - Disappointed. The buffet spread seemed lots but tastes were so similar that it boiled down to just few options. Dal makhani was bad. Desserts were not great. Might not go again.
