Well trained and friendly staff , they always greet you and any moment of the day. Excellent room service , a good bed with spotless bedlinnen, airco working properly without noise.
The staffs were not able to find my pre booked conference room promptly. In addition, they didn't know how to serve a champagne for our signing ceremony. It dissapoints us as the host of the event !
