You should absolutely see this place. I really enjoyed. There is a guy who can make manga portrait of you :)

helio salema

Great place to visit and spend an afternoon. You can't take pictures inside. But you can read every manga that you can get. Check out the schedule of events and special exhibitions and bring your kids

Jeff Forbes

This is a super cool place to hang and read manga . They have a small international section with manga in EN + a few others. They have an awesome outdoor area to read + a small museum .

Tom Van Goylen

They should've called this the Manga Library instead. It's basically a huge Manga café where you can read mangas from all the different time periods. There's one big room with historic information too

phongthon 1

Spared your time to read these manga and appreciate the manga history.

Justin Ashley

Such a wonderful place to learn about the development of manga . And you can get your portrait done anime style ! (Great for kids)

Hans Haupt

English boards litter the display but 95% of the Manga is in Japanese. Worth a look if you enjoy Manga . Better on Weekends as they have live Manga Studios - watch Manga being made.

Remas

Almost every visitor is reading in this museum . Amazing

Fabio Resende

It seems extra interesting for Japanese speakers, as it almost functions as a library . But for non Japanese speakers there's not a whole lot to do.

Rachel C

The third floor has more adult manga (not x-rated, but more interesting fare.) also check out the performance about the precursor to manga , a form of picture storytelling.

Ásgeir Kristinsson

Good museum for foreigners to learn the history of manga (and anime )!

Mariah M

very cool if you know japanese. otherwise for non-japanese speakers its sort if boring. still cheap admission though

AS

The exciting history of manga is in this wonderful place ♥️ they do have international language manga sections.

Valerio Fallucca

Incredible collection of Manga since the very beginning; deserves a visit if you are comics passionate

Ariane Rinehart

Large part of this is a huge Manga reading library , with some informational exhibits on the 2nd floor.

Sabino Diaz

Interesting option to learn more of Japan traditional art

Patrick Snyder

Great place to visit with kids; closed on Wednesdays.

Emil Romanos

Interesting place, lots to see and if you are interested in the history of manga , you can learn a lot

Mary Royers

A lot of times there are craft booths set up for you to make things or to be drawn manga style by an artist .

Brice Challamel

Better read Japanese to enjoy fully. Special exhibitions are nice and workshops or portraits on week-ends make it worth your while! ;)

Pamela Pizarro

Loved it! Infinite titles for reading, I don't speak Japanese but there are issues in English too

Jeffrie Trika

Always great to come back ... at least half a day here, get a self Manga caricature done

Dave Sag

Amazing. Allow plenty of time.

Alejandro Rico

A waste of time if you can't read Kanji! Avoid! Besides, it's not really a museum but more of a library . For a better Manga Museum experience, visit the Ghibli Studio in Tokyo.

Hyka Virtasari

Great place, love it so much :)

Geranun Giraboonyanon

I love Manga Museum ‼ Read more

Yifei Zhang

Truly Amazing

Jason

Closed on a Wednesday :(

T Komenzar

Lilia Musina

Mym

hiiiro

honey rose
