Ross is. Very attractive barman. He's beautiful but at the same time he's down to earth, really friendly and gives you great customer service. Remember to tip this guy well because he deserves it!
Maybe it was different when we went to others but we had fairly quick, good service . Food was chain pub grub , as you'd expect, but perfectly reasonable food and size.
The buffet is now a case of they serve you, not self serve, so you get very small portions. Shame becouse it was great before!
Went for lunch ... Under-par service and average food. After finishing meal had to wait for almost 20mins to get table cleared before dessert . Also advertise cask ale in their menu but none to be seen!
Recommend the Mexican buffet .
