You never know how much is each but still best to leave to chef choice. Cho-chin is one of highlight. Grotesque I know but the look is nothing when you taste it's richness of egg yolk .
Hatsu-Moto. Flavorful and crispy outside then full of jus at every bite. This is one of best chicken skewer restaurants in Tokyo and this skewer is why you keep coming back this place.

おまかせコース 銀座の焼鳥 百名店。平日の夜に予約して訪問。漬物 、うずらおろし、鳥刺しが先付けで串 十四種。各串 は塩もタレ も良い塩梅で火入れも絶妙。やや小ぶりなのでたくさん食べられて良いですね。〆は親子丼 と鳥スープ 。これも絶品！
