Taste of white coffee is totally different from what i had at another outlets..please look on this or u might lost a lot of coffe addict..

This is the only Old Town outlet that does not have air conditioning in Malaysia. It's been like that for 2 years already!! You have been warned!!!

Bad & slow service. Be careful, even the food served not according to picture in the menu. Mine was short of some items and the restaurant did bother to ask or explain. The picture below as a proof

If you wish to lepak here, pls think twice sebab staff are very rude. Table tak clean , dah panggil pun buat2 xnampak. To the staffs , better cari kerja lain dari memburuk kan nama old town :)

Ya this is one of the slowest service and bad stuff attitude oldtown outlet. i got my nasi rendang after a long time i have finished the ais kacang. i wonder if we can complain to HQ..

If ordering takeaway tell the waiter instead and ask them to tell the person at the counter -> faster when queue is long at payment area

Their toilets have never impressed me. Black tiles make the lighting so dim. This outlet toilet is the worst! "OldTown White Coffee, Black Toilet !"

Prepare to wait for more than 30 minutes if you order the steam rice .

Definitely worst service ever. Got only two waiters to entertain lots of people. No feedback when you keep calling to clean the table or take the order. Sorry to say, very poor service.

When order steam rice , waiter inform tat need to wait for 20 min, bt after waiting for 50 mins the food stil nt delivered, at the same time just less than 15 customers

Business hour 8.00 am. But when arrived here 8.35 am staff still did not finish their briefing........
