I've only been here at night for dinner and there was a waiting line (and it was quite long) so I suggest you place a reservation and then walk to the 10000roses attraction nearby food was really nice

it's best to stay outside during night time, with a bit of jazz music and the fresh sea breeze is just perfect, plus, the staff are very nice. It's my 2nd time around and the staff are still nice.

It's best to come here in the afternoon/night so that you'll be able to see Cebu's twinkling skyline :) Their menu is a bit similar to Mooon Cafe (same owner). Delicious & affordable .

Nice Filipino cuisine in here, but it will be better if the service of waiters/waitress can be more efficient and personable so that guests won’t feel left out when some general requests were asked.

I'm not native, but food was good. The Cordova 'whateva', yard bush, and bbq chicken was yum. (Edit: The next day my stomach was WRECKED!)
