The elevators are slow when there are many people staying at the hotel , and you could wait for several minutes to go down or up.. So better reserve a room on the first floor or second!

Nice and clean hotel ,polite stuff.. You can use free computers and there's also a great caffé and restoraunt.

Bad service, I had to wait half an hour to order and another 10 to get the drink, and another 45 mins after ordering to be served with fried cheese .

Старый затертый отель времён союза , центровые лифты не работали , завтрак ужин хорошие только на ужин выключают кофе машину и сок ( становиться платно) в комнатах свист ветра из окон .

Veoma prijatno i uslužno osoblje , odličan doručak u restoranu na 18-om spratu uz pogled na Beograd :)

Moli Boga da pusis! Nepusacki deo konobari posecuju, kao i biblioteku u Smederevskoj Palanci!

Hotel odlican , osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo, extra pogled iz hotelskog restorana.

Hrana mi je ok.Ostalo shodno ukusu.Moji gosti nisu bili zadovoljni uslugom.
