Ask for a staff member called Will he was just so helpful to our family. Patient, knowledgable and inclusive of all family including 6 year old . Excellent service top marks for this employee.

As ever the store was ram packed with customers but I was helped very quickly by James Tyler who helped me thru what I needed and showed alternative products as well , well done Apple Westfield.

Always manic, but the staff do their best. Don't chance the G-bar walk ins, book an appt online.

It's quieter and friendlier here than at Regent Street or Covent Garden , but there's still loads of kids running around using the demo units to play games and check Facebook. Annoyance.

Make the experience easier by downloading the app so you can virtually queue in store (iPhone only, sadly)

Incredibly bad repair service . Left a MacBook Pro there to have a faulty screen replaced. replacement screen badly installed with wires hanging out the hinge. underside of case was dented by a clamp.

If you need the Genius bar it is so much easier to get a time at Westfield than Regent Street

Replaced my broken phone with no trouble. In and out in less than half an hour. Great service.

I did not have the opportunity to visit this shop. I could not find it in the mall . It looks like a labyrinth. No maps, just some screens to help you go by, which were not working properly. :-(

expect at least a 20 min Wait to be served if you are dropping off your mac for repairs.

The have broken my laptop and the refuse to provide me with incident report and or reply to my e-mail. They were hopping I will collect my laptop after a software reaper without noticing the damage.

Parking is only free from 10pm - 4am! Remember that.
