Very nice and comfortable ambience.Caramel green tea ice blended is too sweet for me,the caramel overpowered the richness of green tea.Not recommended.Belgium cheesecake is delicious!

Nice and cool ambience. Fish Arrabiata Pasta is delicious and spicy . Chocolate Chip Slush is great.

Ambient environment.. Tried their cake and waffle ... The waffle is crispy but lack of taste, luckily they topped it with vanilla ice cream .. Their cake is nice but not surprising.. Will tried wonton

Worse service ever. My drink took forever to arrive but that is not the worse part. They short change everyone by 5 cents. Me and my friends ordered individually and they kept 5 cents from us each.

The bad comments say it all. What we encountered is the staff repeated the drinks name impatiently by increasing his volume when drinks are served. Like wtf?!

Coffee below average. Our bill is RM22.05 n we pay them RM30. The staff ask if we have 5cents. He gave us RM8 change in black face when we told them we dont have 5cents! Service needs to be improved.

Super bad service! Ordered at 2.40pm and served at 3.50pm ! Asked them when will the drink served and they give me such bad attitude ask me to wait rudely. I've alr waited for 1 hour++ okay?

The supervisor behind bar was really rude, shouting and talking sarcastically to the waiters as if they were dumb. Unprofessional. Mosquitoes at the dark corner so avoid. Coffee not hot enough.

Been locked in the washroom. Although the waiter helped to unlock the door but the attitude is bad. And NO ONE APOLOGISE FOR WHAT HAPPENED. 😒😒
