The lady in reception is so helpfull ???????? . Hotel is in a good location for who loves nature. Price is very good for this performance ????????.
Pretty good rooms, great staff ... the lady from the front desk walked around the hotel with us, trying to help find out where the nice scent was coming from. IMO, we got the best serv. for the money.
Really nice hotel : clean and cosy rooms , delicious continental breakfast , helpful staff . Will definitely recommend it to my friends.
Make sure you request a room with a view , I can't imagine the rooms without a balcony are worth staying in.
Service in the restaurant can be very slow, but the food is good, well priced and the staff are very friendly
OK hotel , great prices, nice staff , free wifi and poor sound insulation - only a problem if you're a light sleeper, or a loud one ;)

Ótimo hotel , próximo a Firenze, silencioso e lindo. Porém, tem que ir de carro. Ótimo custo beneficio, preço baixo. Super recomendo

Bello ma alle ore 20:30 siamo arrivati alle 21:30 è arrivato l'antipasto alle 22:30 la pizza ne ha dimenticata una alle 23:30 è arrivato il dolce e il caffè . No tempi troppo lunghi e qualità pessima.
...e mi ritrovai per una Selva oscura...
