You can't go wrong here I love the penne and the bar toto salad great drinks and sit at the bar if you want to hang with some great peeps
The polenta was absolutely delicious! The chicken parm was delicious . The st Germain cosmo was tasty and well balanced . Bread pudding was delicious. Also campari , burger pains were also tasty!
Jodi is my favorite bartender in all of NYC. Come alone or w friends and you will be welcome. Seasonal cocktails are highly recommended!
Delish. Top Italian food in a cozy restaurant . Loved the toto chicken cutlet parma. Classic, throwback Italian, in a mod setting. Will be back for more!
This place was great.. the polenta with wild mushrooms and Gorgonzola was absolutely delicious .. and the drinks here were tasty and balanced.. must return ..
The steak , mash potatoes and green salad was excellent. I wish I could go back in time and taste it for the first time again. Open late ...Bonus!
The Eggplant and Smoked Mozzarella Rigatoni is my favorite dish. Everything on the Menu is worth a taste. The homemade Tiramisu is incredible.
Try: A nicely pressed tuna panino with provolone a righteous kick from a handful of hot peppers ;the unusual grilled pizza is made with great toppings and fresh mozzarella Read more
Delicious simple Italian. Get the house red carafe and ask for off the menu garlic bread for $1.
Definitely look for Alison, the bartender , when you visit on a Saturday night. She has a great sense of humor and is always friendly when serving food and drinks.
Go to Mariella right up the street where you actually will get good service and great food. Or enjoy sitting around waiting and waiting at Toto.
The burgers are delicious though they are more like steak sandwiches than prototypical burgers . Wash down with a toto mule if you are in the mood.
If there are two of you, one should order fries , the other a salad with your paninis . Portions of fries are giant (and they're so good you will eat every one you're served).
Two words; Quatro Frommage. Holy Sh!t...the flavors....AMAZING! It was THE hit of our "pizza party"...you will NOT be disappointed!
Trust me on this: Get the Spinach salad . The dressing is light but flavors the taste of orange juice a bit. The aged Parm is great and crunch of Apples does this salad nice.
The gorgonzola mushroom polenta is out of this world! Ask for a side of grilled bread to dip in the sauce (costs extra but worth it)
Love this place since 2005. Everything is great, especially love their mussels , any flavor sauce!
Great & deliciousness menu options, very friendly staff , great location
The Cubano Italiano panini is off the chain. Braised short rib & prosciutto with red onion , peppers and swiss cheesy. Come get some.
Good pappardelle and pasta in general but weirdly sweet ragu bolognese ...like there was fruit in the sauce ????
Special paninis for the win. I have to resist ordering the chicken cutlet every time.
The crab cake was delicious and it's a good place for a casual but tasty meal.
Beef , veal , and pork ragú Bolognese , all the way.
Good pizza and relaxed neighborhood feel . Mayor DiBlasio's favorite spot.
I've been dining here for many years, and their Brooklyn panini burger (beef or homemade veggie version) is the stuff that dreams are made of. Truly.
Lovely place, nice food (also if you are italian :) )
Classic Italian movies on Mondays. I like the eggplant rigatoni .
Get the Egg Fritata With Salmon it's super delicious.
The panini are pretty tasty, but everything is good; Solid neighborhood spot .
Super cute for date night , cocktails , or dinner !
Cubano/Italiano panini was out of this world. Great antipasto , too.
get the gnocchi !
Even when I move from park slope, I will always make the trip to Bar Toto. Great food, with a great neighborhoody atmosphere.
Besides overall excellence they also have my favorite Fernet Branca print that makes me want to stage a heist.
Decent (but not amazing) food, good atmosphere for family brunch .
Their brunch is awesome and I am never disappointed with the food. A great place to go always
I highly recommend the polenta with wild mushroom and Gorgonzola .
friendly service , the owner is super nice little Italian man with charm. Ask bout the specials -- mussels rocked :)
Try the soppresetta panini . It's divine. The fries are almost too delicious. You'll eat more than you should.
Lunch special combined with easy happy hour . Yes. Yes. Yesss
The panini burgers are DELISH (I like the toto burger)--and they come with shoestring french fries . Great brunch too.
Great $9.95 lunch special . The $5 rose is tasty too.
The prosciutto pizza is the one that all others have to live up to.
Try the spinach , fennel and parmigiana salad . So fresh!
Brunch is amazingly good!!!
The brunch and burger paninis make a great splitty splitty combo.
My pizza was delicious, and so happy with the anchovies .
The egg dishes never disappoint.
The fries are dangerously good. Can't stop eating them.
Cool neighborhood place . Food ok

Great back patio, free popcorn, board games, and friendly bartenders. Laid back late 20's early 30's crowd. - Jhonn Thomassen
