Cask runs a seasonal cocktail menu which changes every 12 weeks. The concept is simple, mother nature determines which direction our drinks evolve. We forage wild ingredients and use amazing local producers to create a menu we believe is the most original and interesting in this Country.

Cocktails ! Tapas ...Pork belly bao bun ,in particular. Fab decor,good tunes ....
There aren't that many bars outside NOLA where you can order a sazarac and get a good one rather than a blank stare or an abomination. This is one of them.
Cocktail menu changes seasonally. Fun vibe, but a bit expensive for Cork—€12-13 cocktails .

Ate the Brie, roast pheasant and apple & blackberry crumble with the house white (Chilean Sauvignon blanc). Everything was delicious! Will be back to this beautifully decorated renovated warehouse - Aisling Prendergast
