Service terrible, salespeople cannot even answer basic information. Just do what I did & pick up your mac from the US through a friend/relative.
Service centre is poor here, they told me my mac would be ready to pick up @ 5pm... Turned up, tech guy left earlier that day for some "urgent" work and didn't bother to let me know.
Horrible, unprofessional service. Not at all concerned about the customer. Go Apple!
Croma is the best but DONT BUY PANASONIC. Both TVs konked during warranty, and Panasonic tries to replace high end model with a lower priced one, and not even inform me of the switch - Ajay Pherwani
