All day dim sum . If you're looking for carts, this is not the place. Good to have dim sum knowledge when ordering. If not, ask for picture menu . Parking is a bear even with a huge lot!

This place has wonderful dim sum , and happy hour special : $2.80 (S/M/L orders) Mon-Fri frm 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm! What a deal!!

The 鲜虾肠粉 (shrimp wrapped in rice noodle ) is one of the best I’ve had. Other dishes are above average

Order up any of the hand pull rice noodles . Very silky and tasty.

Good for Dim Sum beginners. Menus come with photos and wait staff know English as well . No carts here so while less noise, more planning is needed for food orders.

This place is okay but I can't necessarily recommend it over let's say Cooking Papa which has a similar size / ambiance / visible kitchen
