Attended a limited menu invitation only pre-opening launch. Food is great! The environment & decor are the best of any Abilene restaurant . You couldn't expect more in Austin, Dallas, or Houston.

The chips are so thin and crispy ! I tasted the spinach quesadilla and the chicken fajitas , both superb! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere is wonderful!BY FAR BEST PLACE TO EAT IN ABILENE!

The artesano tacos are phenomenal! Amazing queso . Get the sweet potato cheesecake for dessert . It's incredible. Try to get Jeremy for your server. He is awesome.

The half avocado as a side is fantastic option if you want to forgo rice or beans.

It was okay. Didn't blow me away. Interior is beautiful. I asked to replace corn tortillas in my enchiladas with flour, but they come "pre-made" so they were not able to fulfill my request.
