Calf's liver , cooked rare, with crunchy raw peas in pea sauce narrowly beat head cheese and pickled celery to become my favorite dish at Martin.
Very good french tapas bar . Wines are bio, natural or nature! Plates are between 4 and 7€. Onglet de bœuf and camembert rôti excellents! Warm welcoming.
