檸檬塔很酸甜，塔皮是酥脆型的，推；焦糖聖人塔吃不出新意、焦糖偏硬。
塔類甜點塔皮超完美，從台中帶回台北隔4-5個鐘頭吃，塔皮鬆酥香不油膩！
