The JPad is the comm student lounge . It is a chic place to do your work or wait for class to start. There are multiple tvs and couches to enjoy. My favorite part is the coffee machine .

Go and sit in the JPad and get some homework or studying done. There are also a bunch of TVs and couches that you can sit and relax in-between classes . It is the comm version of a theatre green.

The Wakerly, located on the first floor, has free printing ! You can print up to 5 page. You can rent laptops, recorders, camera , etc. You just have show your ID and you will be given a return date

Great place to hang out between classes . Green apples arrive early each week and are all over the jPad...free for the taking! Great place to do homework on the weekend for grad students with access.

The apples in the J-Pad are what I live off of for snack between classes . Also, there sports center is always on and there are a variety of different magazine. A great place to go during breaks.

The wakerly lab is one of the most helpful places on campus for comm majors. The staff is always willing to help with adobe programs and it's a great spot for group projects .

One of the most underutilized places on campus is definitely the JPad. This area is great for watching a little TV on comfy couches . And if you're hungry, grab a free Granny Smith apple !

The j-Pad has several couches , tables and chairs for College of Comm students to use in between classes . There is a coffee machine , free apples and a small kitchenette area in the lounge as well !

I love hanging out at the j-Pad! Do you want to get to know more communication majors? This is the best place to find them. Plus grab some free apples while your there. Make yourself at home.

Johnston Hall is where you can find all the high-tech, cool production studios at equipment on campus. MUTV and WMUR are located in Johnston Hall, as well as the College of Communication's faculty!

Great place to come and do some casual studying or group projects ! Even if you want to just sit around to watch tv it has a great atmosphere.

Great building for being over 100 years old! The J-Pad is a great study place on campus for group projects . The only problem is it is always busy. Therefore, individual studying is not advised here.

The Wakerly Technology Training Center is a great place for any questions regarding anything technology related. Everyone there is super helpful & will offer opinions on projects you're working on

Make sure to stop into the j-pad for a free granny smith apple ! But make sure you head over towards the beginning of the day because they run out fast!

Great place to catch up on homework and TV when you have a break during the day. Usually there are tables available if you're looking for a place to have a group meeting at night.

The Jpad is a great place to kill time between classes or study. It's not always as busy as the other study places on campus and there's usually an available table or chair!

Take advantage of the Wakerly computer lab for any questions you may have about Adobe CS programs or other computer programs. It has a friendly staff who are more than willing to help.

As the current mayor, clearly this is a favorite place of mine. Love to hang out here between classes , watch the tvs , do group projects or grab an apple .

The College of Comm mecca, JH has been recently renovated. Come visit your friendly TAs stuck up in room 507...but watch out, the basement and top floor are said to be haunted!

The water fountain on the fourth floor next to the women's bathroom has the coldest water and the tallest stream. Fill your water bottles up here!

Opened in 1907, Johnston Hall is Marquette University 's very first building on the campus. The five-story Gothic-style academic hall is named for benefactor Robert A. Johnston (1846-1907).

There used to be empty classrooms on the fifth floor that were open to everyone and were a good place to do group projects . Think you need a key for them now...

Wanna do video stuff? Check out the second floor. Cameras to check out. Video and audio editing labs. TV studios. It's got it all.

With all the construction going on make sure enter in the back for easy access to the stairs

Get to know the nightly cleaning crew. They will be a friendly face when you're the only one still working in the basement during wee hours!

Fun fact: Johnston Hall was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Sometimes not the best place for sitting in quiet since it has tvs and a kitchenette but a great place for groups to meet up.

FYI - The women's bathrooms are on the 1st and 4th floor and the men's are on the 1st and 3rd floor - it's an old building !!!

The new student lounge on the first floor is a great study space ... even a microwave/fridge, so bring a lunch !
