The staff are great. You may have to work a bit to get a great room.
Beautiful, quite, restful so come with patience. Room service is slow and any little glitch in your reservation , such as not being given the swim up room you paid for, will take 24 hours to correct.
Ther Royal Suites are the privacy and personalized service of a small VIP resort
Careful if you've booked and paid for a swim up suite. They over book them, Then try to charge extra per day to get it. instead we waited a day using another room till swim up was ready. 2 others same

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas . Tienen en cuenta muchos detalles . El hotel está sobre la playa , con muy fácil acceso.
Destacaré la atención del personal : excelente, amables, eficientes. Los detalles del hotel , hab,restaurantes muy acorde con el concepto de TRS. Calidad comidas/bebidas premium.Sin duda volvería.
Desde que llegas Uno ya Se siente Rey. Todo es excelente. La atención, las habitaciones , sus jardines , las comidas, las atenciones que te dejan en las habitaciones . Todo es un expectaculo.
Ricos tragos y comida. Habitación con bastante espacio , con bebidas alcohólicas y no también, snack y dulces, café variado y té en habitación ,.
