創業者小倉豊が始めた手作り ハンバーガー の老舗。「佐世保バーガー」とネーミングされる前の1970年オープン。店名の由来は、フランクシナトラ主演映画 のワンシーン「Hey bigman！」(大した男だ！)の言葉が由来だそうです。一番人気「ベーコン エッグ バーガー」で使用しているベーコン も購入可能です。
店内にやなせさんの色紙(アンパンマンとバーガーマン？)あり。店長さんにお聞きしたら撮影こころよく認めていただきました。
目の前で焼き上げる佐世保バーガーは少々時間がかかりますが絶品
ガイドブックで紹介されてたお店。週末にいったところ、持ち帰り でも30分以上待ちました。
黒胡椒の効いたフライドポテト が美味い????
JR佐世保駅からまあまあ近いお店。店員も割と感じが良い。
