Wifi in our room kept going in & out; they forgot to put fresh towels when they cleaned the room; it took over an hour for requests to be fulfilled even if called in advance. They did remember my bday

Not a great hotel to live for 'tourists '. Only 2 lifts and 22 floors, takes hours for lift to arrive. Taxis comes once in a blue moon towards this area. Traffic jams around majority of the times.
