Beautiful wine estate! Try make time for a tasting when winemaker, Ken Forrester aka "the Chenin King" is around, you'll have so much fun it'll be dark by the time you leave!
Ken is very personable. Hopefully he comes around while you're there. Wines are sold in US...Astor Place Wines . Should be a stop on your tour .

Some awesome hiking trails. The waterfalls trail is amazing. Not to strenuous and the 2nd Waterfall is all of 103m high when flowing. - Patrick Shone
