I have been there along with my friends and pistachio latte , salted caramel popcorn , Rose latte , Spanish latte are awesome drinks at Monroe ! Yes of-course will visit again at Monroe jubail????
This place is absolutely one of my favorites. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place has an awesome atmosphere . Pistachio late is my favorite!!
