We came here everyday for breakfast before 8 am for only 7 Lev per person! It's great value for money , as the buffet consists of a wide range of warm foods, fresh fruits and breads .
Been here few years ago.The service is so much better naw, super polite staff & a welcome drink!
The cousine for the breakfast was very poor.. as the hotel was with 4 stars we expected to have various kinds of food but the menu was the same for 7 days. Otherwise, its good.

Lux, servicii bune. Chill place to be.
Very old hotel , which has never been reconstructed. Doors with keys, wc separated from bathroom , old chairs with nails to fix them not to fall apart , wooden windiws and so on
Old hotel . Good location. The Doors are with keys. Interior is old too. Not good food. Not recommended at all
New spa center
OMG!! It's like the year of 1985 here.. :( Literally...!!! One of the worst places ever..
Extremely awful food, slow waiters . Never go back there. The SPA center is OK.

Хотелът е под всякаква критика. От 15 години нищо не е обновявано. В стаите е студено, не винаги има топла вода, а служителите на рецепцията не са особено отзивчиви и загрижени за гостите на хотела .

"СПА"то е прекалено малко за толкова голям хотел и струва 15 лв/ден, джакузито 6лв/30'. Ресторантът на последният етаж е с хубава кухня за сметка на многото минуси на хотела .
Соц хотел от '89та в който нищо не е променено от тогава - даже вратите на стаите не са сменяни, заключват се с ключове и едва се крепят на пантите.

След две прекарани нощуеки - хотелът е меко казано ужасен (неподдържан като вефомствена станция). Стойте далеч!
