I don't know if you can get a room without all inclusive but do so if you can. Food is not great but everything is else fine and Arkutino is one nicer more secluded beaches on the Black Sea. - Brian
Excellent location, quiet area near the beach and the mountain.The apartments are comfortable and clean. Studio deluxe- no cable TV, dirty bathroom, broken sofa, etc.Choose an apartment ;) nice pool! - Emilia Nikolova
