I like this hotel more the longer I stay. It's old, the rooms are small but it has a great location and the food is awesome and the staff are cool.

Its a big hotel , there are not enough lifts , it is busy, I loved it. The buffet breakfast is good but the buffet dinner is better. Location location yup perfect. There is also a park right next door.

View overlook the ocean and Victoria Mall . I requested a queen bed, got twins were moved together to make a queen. Restaurant overpriced, other options are within walking. Kowloon Park , awesome!

If you are having trouble with the WiFi , there are two computers in the Flamingo Lounge on the UG level with a much more reliable connection. Also... Beds are too firm for my taste. Like a rock (−_−＃)

Excellent Location. Staffs are well-trained, nice and patience. But the room is too small for 3 Adults.

King's cuisine on B1 is not cheap or not expensive , easy to access

Free wi-fi in the rooms is like icing on a petite cake . The rooms are very clean . Buy cheaper food from 7-11 near the hotel .

Rooms are too small. They compensated with their good service , though. Hotel staff is very accommodating.

Rooms are small. People tend to cram into the elevators . Non smoking floors still smell like smoke. The location is good for getting around HK area and it is a decent price for HK

the service speed needs to be improved. check-in process is too much slow!!. HK$500 deposit money on check-in day. No free wifi (HK$100/day). Anything you request, get up side down :(

Free wifi for non guests in the Flamingo Lounge . Small hotel rooms, but clean . Bit noisy , beds are hard but if you're tired enough you'll sleep well

Located near Kawloon park . Good room. Wifi is not fast. Only single access per room.
