I've taken Yoga , barre au sol and Pilates classes here. Clean , not so crowded in mornings, polite staff but a little cold. The trainers are very caring and fit themselves. Recommended.

Coaching is great and up to date, energetic group classes synchrinized with les mills classes , friendly atmosphere , aceptive parking area

You should try Combat and Zumba classes if you are a aerobic fan and you enjoy music and dance . One month, for 186000T. The atmosphere is great and energetic. The trainers are usually great.
