Add soy sauce , vinegar, and ginger mix into spoon. Add dumpling , then pierce the skin so the soup mixes with sauces and some sauce gets into the dumpling , slurp it up (don't burn your tongue !), eat!

蟹黄豆腐 小笼包 are the best! Would say their real expertise is in the soup dumpling .
