So for the parking - you are obligated to pay for the stay of the car but they are not obligated to secure it even if somebody steels your wheel like it happens to us it's not their problem ????????????

Locals tell me Carrefour shut down permanently several months ago - very disappointing! There's no grocery store at all in the mall. And why haven't they taken down the big Carrefour signs outside???
